Author David Seow came to speak to Grade 2 and 3 students today. See more pictures on the Book Week 2014 page. He will return tomorrow with author Emma Nicholson to do writing workshops with the Grade 2 and 3 students.
Book Fair presented by Bookabura started today in the Library. Come get some great books; before or after school browsing available for families.

I would so meet him again, I so would! Happy reading and chatting with
David the writer!!! He wrote so many books to enjoy with. You can see
the books at the library.You can see (if I was a blue kangaroo),(Blow a kiss),Theres soup on my fly!!!), (Sam,Sebbie,and di-di-di),and more books!!! He rocks and we love his books!!!

I think having the actual author of a book present is an excellent idea and will hopefully inspire our children to consider writing one day too!
Jack is delighted with his signed copy and will no doubt treasure it.
